At OneTrack, we’re on a mission to connect people, processes, and technology to provide visibility at all levels of logistics operations.
To support that mission, and help 3PLs and shippers get more value out of our warehouse operating system, we’re constantly releasing new features.
Here are 3 of our favorites from the month of May.
1. Your video-based labor management system
By connecting your Warehouse Management System (WMS), OneTrack has always been able to flag slow moving processes for your team to review.
A case pick took 8 minutes, it’s supposed to take 30 seconds - we show you why with OneTrack labor management.
But now, you can set Labor Management System (LMS) goals directly within OneTrack to ensure that you’re on track to hit your performance goals over a given shift, day, week - or any time frame.
And if you aren’t hitting your goals, we automatically send you the video context to understand what went wrong, how to resolve it, and continuously improve performance.
We can also show all compliance events happening in your warehouse, which allows for better reporting to determine which operators need more training (and accountability) to your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Download anonymized events for group coaching
You don’t need to take screenshots and manually block out faces when you want to have a group coaching conversation anymore.
Now, if you have download and anonymized permissions:
Jump into the event you’re interested in
Hit ‘Download’
Then ‘Request Anonymized Video’
And within a few moments you’ll get a completely anonymized event right in your inbox.
As Melody Moore, Director of Quality and EHS at Rinchem, explains:
“We share short blurred video clips during company-wide safety meetings so everyone can learn from mistakes happening across different sites and we can improve our processes.”

And for you corporate admins out there, you can keep a digital log every time a download or anonymized request comes through to make sure the right process is being followed and you have full traceability.
3. Multi-language support
OneTrack can now support multiple languages to help you provide an exceptional experience to all of your associates.
The default supported languages are:
English
Spanish
French
Korean
Language preferences can be set up in the employee management tool so that when an associate scans into a OneTrack sensor, their preferred language is automatically displayed.
