FAQ’s

How does OneTrack know when to record for loading and unloading?

If you have your WMS connected to OneTrack, this process happens automatically based on WMS transaction times. If you do not have your WMS connected, this can be manually triggered on the sensor by the operator.

How does OneTrack’s visual track and trace work?

Every time a WMS scan occurs, OneTrack takes a picture or an event showing you exactly what took place. This allows you to search by location, LPN, or order number and visually track product and the condition that it was in.

How does OneTrack monitor temperature and humidity?

OneTrack installs temperature and humidity beacons in certain areas of the warehouse. When a OneTrack sensor comes into range, that environment data is transferred to the OneTrack dashboard for reporting and real-time condition alerts.

What types of OneTrack sensors are available for shipment quality monitoring?

Standard view: This is the standard view for shipment quality monitoring and comes standard with automatic LPN and barcode scanning.
Wide-view: This view offers enhanced visibility several bays high and 3-5 bays wide unlocking additional use cases around staging and putaway. However this view does not allow for automatic LPN scanning.

Can OneTrack automatically identify product damage?

Yes OneTrack’s AI is being trained to automatically identify damage to send alerts before a shipment ever leaves the building.
