How does OneTrack monitor forklift impacts?
OneTrack’s AI sensors combine traditional GForce metrics with computer vision to detect impacts and minor bumps or scrapes with extreme accuracy. Computer vision also allows us to look for phone usage, not looking in the direction of travel, and having limbs outside of the compartment.
Can OneTrack assist with OSHA compliance for pre-shift inspections?
Yes. Operators can complete customizable pre-shift OSHA checklists directly on OneTrack sensors, ensuring compliance. While OneTrack does not “lock out” control of equipment, we do notify supervisors when equipment is used without an inspection and can play an audible alarm when this happens.Â
