How does OneTrack track indirect time?
Activity codes can be set-up and configured to show on the OneTrack sensor. When an operator needs to switch into that code, they simply press the button on the sensor and OneTrack begins monitoring that activity.
How many activity codes can be set-up on the sensor?
As many as required for an operation. However we recommend starting with a few core activity codes to ensure the data remains actionable.
What’s the difference between self-coaching alerts and supervisor alerts?
Self-coaching alerts can be sent on device to notify operators when they are in non-compliance, for example taking 5 minutes extra on lunch. Supervisor notifications are reserved for more server incidents, such as a lift sitting idle for 30-minutes while in a work code.
What kind of productivity events can OneTrack show me?
OneTrack identifies idle time, gap time, and indirect time as well as when a process takes longer than it should or when an operator falls behind goal for a set time range.
Can OneTrack be used on my EPJs or center riders?
Yes, OneTrack can be deployed on a number of pieces of equipment, including EPJs. This is particularly popular to monitor case pick productivity.
How does OneTrack identify idle time?
OneTrack uses computer vision to detect when a lift is sitting idle and there is no productive work happening in the proximity.
