What types of sensors does OneTrack use, and where can they be mounted?
OneTrack uses proprietary AI camera sensors that can be mounted on equipment, such as forklifts, EPJs, and turret trucks, as well as in stationary locations such as around dock doors, in high value areas, or in the ceiling. OneTrack also has temperature and humidity beacons that can be placed around the warehouse for environment monitoring.
Why should I use an AI agent?
When using OneTrack, warehouses get access to data they have never had before. Video coaching opportunities, exceptions, inventory track and trace — and much more. Having data is great, but you still need to be able to take action on it. Most logistics leaders don't have the time to hunt through dashboards on top of their laundry list of to-dos. What is involved in installing OneTrack in a warehouse?
OneTrack is designed for a simple installation with little to no IT resources needed. Sensors come standard with a built-in, multi-carrier SIM card for cellular connectivity and our in-house field service team handles installation to ensure quality. Sensors can be installed on equipment in as little as 30-minutes depending on equipment type.
What AI model does OneTrack use?
We combine the most advanced Anthropic LLM model with our custom built AI agent and data analytics framework to provide you a powerful but simple interface that is purpose built for the logistics industry. Your data is always kept secure within OneTrack’s servers and neither OneTrack nor Anthropic use any of your data to train models.
Can OneTrack help prevent shipment errors?
Yes. OneTrack records the loading process, tracks barcodes or LPNs, and can alert staff if products are placed on the wrong truck or damaged during loading.
