OneTrack AiOn Platform
Start with Better Data
Garbage in means garbage out. We start with centralized data that’s enhanced with video, then we alert your team when you need it most — from unsafe behavior to damaged product. We see it all.
Add Talent to the Team
Our AI agents are like an extra team of expert analysts, engineers, and supervisors, waiting to be put in the game. Give them instructions, a schedule, and watch them take action.
Take Back Your Time
Time is the one thing no one has enough of. AiOn handles the analysis, investigation, and coordination work so your people can get back to their teams, back on the floor, and back into action.
Get real-time video alerts after safety incidents to hold associates accountable and leading indicators to proactively change behaviors before an accident ever happens.
Set labor management goals directly within OneTrack, combine key WMS data, and synchronize with video to understand why you're trending behind and how to fix it.
OneTrack automatically records every load, unload, and product scan, bringing it all into a searchable database by order number, LPN, or location so you can get ahead of OS&D claims and keep quality high.
OneTrack uses proprietary AI camera sensors that can be mounted on equipment, such as forklifts, EPJs, and turret trucks, as well as in stationary locations such as around dock doors, in high value areas, or in the ceiling. OneTrack also has temperature and humidity beacons that can be placed around the warehouse for environment monitoring.
When using OneTrack, warehouses get access to data they have never had before. Video coaching opportunities, exceptions, inventory track and trace — and much more. Having data is great, but you still need to be able to take action on it. Most logistics leaders don't have the time to hunt through dashboards on top of their laundry list of to-dos. AI agents can automate management tasks (like exception coaching, shipment validation, monitoring MHE forklift utilization and rightsizing the fleet, and pick-path optimizations) so you can focus less on trying to make sense of data and more on running your operation.
OneTrack’s AI agents can perform a number of tasks including:
- Analyze data and pulling reports
- Make changes in OneTrack or other systems
- Communicate via email
- Communicate in real-time with associates
- Coach employees at a coaching station
- Play a pre-shift briefing on a TV
- And much more!
We have suggested starter templates and an implementation team to help identify your operational needs to determine what to automate.
