How is OneTrack different from my telematics system?
Unlike traditional forklift telematics, OneTrack uses AI-powered cameras for greater accuracy, visual context, leading indicators and connects them to productivity and safety analytics for a more comprehensive view. OneTrack also allows you to create AI agents to automate routine tasks and data analysis, so you can focus on making your warehouses safer, not pulling reports.

Can I log on and watch the cameras live?
No, OneTrack uses AI to monitor operations 24/7 and only show you the relevant exceptions that need action taken.Â
How does OneTrack detect safety events?
OneTrack combines traditional GForce with our AI and computer vision to detect safety events with incredible accuracy. These include impacts, bumps, phone use, and other unsafe behaviors.Â
What kind of alerts does my team receive?Â
Your team will receive alerts via email or text containing a video snippet of the event captured, taking them directly into the OneTrack dashboard to watch the full event and take the appropriate action.
What type of data does OneTrack collect?
OneTrack only collects data that is manually input via your team in the safety review forms. OneTrack does not collect any sort of biometric data or facial recognition.Â
Can I customize OneTrack to match my existing safety processes?
Yes, OneTrack is fully customizable based on your needs. From the types of alerts you receive, your coaching forms, and the reports that we can offer.
Can an alert or alarm play to operators after an incident?
This is not a fit for every operation, but yes, we can enable this functionality.Â
Can OneTrack slow down or shut down the equipment?Â
No, OneTrack does not control the equipment. This allows us to be installed on any type of equipment and instead we focus on driving long-term behavior change through coaching and accountability.Â
