Terms of Service
These terms cover OneTrack AION chat from Intelligent Flying Machines, doing business as OneTrack. Program name: OneTrack AION. Messages are two-way chat with OneTrack AION. The only other text is OneTrack AION opening a new conversation. This is not a marketing program. No login codes. No promotions.
By texting START to (872) 274-2605, you agree to receive those messages at the number you used. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional. No box or toggle is pre-checked. Text opt-in is separate from email and voice contact. You may cancel at any time by texting STOP. After STOP you will receive one confirmation and no further messages from this number unless you text START again.

If your mobile number changes, you are not liable for failing to opt out of OneTrack AION messages on the old number. Text STOP from the old number if you still have access, or email support@onetrack.ai. We will not hold you responsible for messages sent to a number you no longer control.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy
This policy covers mobile numbers and consent used for OneTrack AION chat, sent by Intelligent Flying Machines, doing business as OneTrack. Messages appear as OneTrack AION.
We collect the mobile number that texts START, the time of consent, and later STOP or HELP keywords, so we can send the chat messages you requested and honor opt-out.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and service providers. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Messaging service provider
OneTrack uses Twilio Inc. to send and receive OneTrack AION messages. Twilio processes your mobile number and message content only to deliver this program on our behalf. Wireless carriers and messaging aggregators also handle messages in order to deliver them.
